Universal Consulting Services, (UCS), seeks candidates to become a part of a close-knit group of professionals for Enterprise Service Desk careers. As a Service Desk Analyst you will provide Tier 1 Service Desk support for Enterprise Systems and Services (E2S) PMW 250 portfolio.
E2S’s portfolio includes:
Department of the Navy Tasking, Records, and Consolidated Knowledge Enterprise Repository (DON TRACKER),
SharePoint enterprise portal hosting — iNAVY,
DON IT Portfolio Repository/DON Application and Database Management Systems (DITPR-DADMS),
Naval Justice Information System NJIS,
Joint Air Logistics Information System JALIS,
Navy Customer Service NAVY 311,
Navy Information Application Product Suite NIAPS,
Risk Management Information RMI and
The Talent Management System TMS.

Priority review will be given to former or recently separating Navy or Marine Corp Veterans, Navy or Marine Corp Reservists or Navy or Marine Corp Civilian employees.
Experience with Navy or Marine Corp systems
US Citizens with active secret clearance
Familiarity with Remedy/ITSM ticketing a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Enterprise Systems and Services (E2S), PMW 250 develops and implements reliable, efficient and secure business information technology (IT) solutions. Established in January 2018, E2S supports a wide array of Navy, Marine Corps and other DoD customers applying acquisition excellence throughout a program’s lifecycle.

PMW 250 is part of PEO EIS, which oversees a portfolio of enterprise-wide information technology (IT) programs designed to enable common business processes and provide standard IT capabilities to Sailors at sea, Marines in the field and their support systems.

High School diploma or GED.
Must comply with DoD Manual 8570.01 IAT-II certification requirements (Security+; MCSA, CTS, CITP-SA, MCP).
4 years of progressive experience in computer systems operations.
3 years of practical experience in data entry and formatting via common productivity tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite.
Capable of typing at a rate of 40 words per minute.
4+ years’ work experience in computer operations of which 2 years must be specialized experience operating a large-scale computer system, multi-server local area network, or client-server platform.
Must possess knowledge of programming and system operation concepts with the understanding of how systems operate on computer hardware.
